Texans For Climate Change Action recognizes that the challenges posed by climate change not purely scientific. Despite the strong scientific evidence, climate change continues to be a divisive, politically charged concept in the United States. As an organization based at a higher education institution, we aim to engage the community to spread awareness of the issue and demonstrate the overwhelming benefits of our policy proposals – not just for the climate, but for air quality, community health, and energy sustainability.
